• Dipping trough mounts on Frozen Custard Machine which eliminates fixed water connections on dipping cabinet.
• Stainless steel design with rounded corners makes cleaning easy.
• Locking casters limit movement while product is running into dipping cabinet.
• Plugs into standard 115 volt, 15 amp electrical outlet.
• Right compartment has a dual temperature selection for storage of various products.
• Also available in single temperature (DC-4).
