A Continuous Flow Freezer is what you will need to make smooth, creamy Frozen Custard. It is similar to a Batch Freezer, but instead of making a single batch of ice cream, gelato, or other frozen desert, the Continuous Flow Freezer is designed to freeze large amounts of product on a continuous basis. This makes it ideal for commercial ice cream production as well as frozen custard where freshness of each batch is essential. Kool Technologies offers a variety of Continuous Flow Freezers ranging from the CF-101 Countertop model to the three Barreled CC-303 Continuous Flow Freezer. We recommend the Stoelting / Ross M202 Continuous Flow Freezer, which features 2 barrels and a compact cabinet designed to fit through standard sized doors. |
