smaller counter top version of the famous Ross full size frozen custard
machine. The new Ross CF-101 produces fresh old fashion frozen custard
and other frozen desserts including italian ices, water ice and sorbet.
Fresh frozen custard is easy to produce using a new Ross CF-101 Counter
Top Continuous Flow Freezer. Quick Freeze Technology helps produce a
low overrun product and minimize ice crystal size. The result is the
smoothest tasting premium frozen custard available. The Ross CF-101
