To make great hard-pack ice cream, you will need a Stoelting Vertical Batch Freezer. A vertical batch freezer allows you to have more control over the ice cream making process compared to traditional batch freezers. This is because with a vertical batch freezer the gelato chef will be able to pour the ingrediants directly into the freezing chamber and watch as the gelato mix turns into today's hottest treat.
