- Ultra high capacity with (2) 18,000 B.T.U.H. compressors and (two) 2 H.P. drive motors provides continuous production from each cylinder.
- Refrigerated mix storage cabinet holds (2) 8 gallon mix containers per cylinder, to produce up to 340 four-ounce cones, plus 170 eight-ounce shakes without refilling.
- Air/mix pumps inject the exact amount of air into your mix, maintaining consistent overrun to assure maximum profitability, with clean-in-place simplicity.
- Proprietary auger design gently folds mix and prevents product breakdown, producing a smoother, creamier product.
